Are you homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or placed into temporary housing upon release?

You may be eligible for services under the Incarcerated Veterans’ Transition Program.

Potential services include:

 Classroom training
 On-the-job-training
 Occupational skills training
 Apprenticeship training
 Upgrade and retraining

 Funding for work tools and clothing.
 Transportation
 Childcare
 Vehicle repairs
 Rent payment assistance

The purpose of the grant is to ease the transition from incarceration to employment with the appropriate support structure in place.
