At one of our recent meetings we met Cassandra McKechnie who has selected a senior project of putting together a ruck hike in honor of  a veteran who took his own life.  We now have the opportunity to support her endeavor.  Above is the flyer for this event scheduled for October 23, a week from Saturday.  If you can participate, please join her.  If not, at least spread the word everywhere you can.  She has put together a great event and we as veteran supporters now have the opportunity to show we we also care about her purpose.  Thanks in advance for helping Cassandra accomplish her goal of supporting those with mental health issues.
